How to Use

1. Apply a small amount of castor oil to the absorbent side of the selected wrap. Start lightly; the fabric should be coated but not dripping.
2. Position the wrap over intact skin and secure it comfortably. Do not overtighten.
3. Use while resting for approximately 20–30 minutes, or according to your established personal routine.
4. After use, store the wrap in a clean sealed container or washable bag between applications.

Add only enough oil during later uses to keep the fabric lightly conditioned. Excess oil can leak through the wrap and stain clothing or furniture.

Care Instructions

Follow the care label supplied with the set. Hand washing separately is recommended when cleaning becomes necessary. Castor oil is thick and may leave residue, so use a gentle detergent and allow the wraps to air dry completely before storage.
